Jobs
It all starts with Jobs. A Job is the highest level of data within Aimsio. Items like Employees, Users, and Price Books are attached to a Job, and the Job binds everything together. You’ll also be able to see all of your jobs in one place.
With Aimsio Lite, you get one Job Workflow. Manage an unlimited number of jobs using the Jobs window and see all the Jobs you have on the go at any given time.
Work Management Tickets (WMT)
A Work Management Ticket is the method you use to capture time and material in the field, and then bill your client. A WMT can be a field ticket, LEM, work order, or daily ticket.
Timesheets
With Aimsio Lite you’ll have access to both individual and crew timesheets.
Non-Recurring Billable Tracking
Tracking your third party charges is one of the best ways to protect your profits. It ensures the things you’re billing for actually show up on your WMT for client approval.
Web Based Access
Office Employees will use Aimsio Lite on their computers, connected to the internet. With Aimsio Lite, office Employees get access to our web portal.
Mobile Based Access (iOS and Android)
Field Employees will use Aimsio on their iOS or Android mobile device. The Aimsio mobile apps are easy to use so everyone on your team will feel comfortable. Aimsio Lite even works offline.
Revenue Dashboard
Log in to the Aimsio Portal and instantly see your Revenue Dashboard. All billable and non-billable revenue captured in your WMTs will be displayed in your Revenue Dashboard.

Unique Price Book Management
The ability to assign a Price Book to each of your clients so you don’t have to keep changing the rates on each project. Create an unlimited number of Price Books with markups or discounts.
Field Employees don’t need to know what rate to bill out at, they just need to log their time and materials, while the Office Employee sets the Price Book.
Master Data (Equipment, Employee, Customer, Vendor, Location)
Effortlessly keep track of all of your assets, crew members, customers, and more using a simple database.
Pre-Defined Roles & Permissions
When setting up new users, you can select from five pre-defined roles: Admin, Admin-Limited, Driver, Supervisor, or Field Worker. By doing this, you restrict what can and can't be done within Aimsio based on a user's role.
Data Export
The ability to export your data out of Aimsio so you can use it, analyze it, and really get to know it.
Flexi-Form
With Flexi-Forms, you can take a picture of paperwork and attach the PDF to a Job.

Master Data CSV Import (Equipment, Employee, Customer, Vendor, Location)
Import all your records in one go. Bring contacts, companies, billables, equipment, employees, and more into Aimsio at once, and associate them together with simple column-mapping. No manual associations necessary.
Client eSignature Approval
Once you have a WMT or Timesheet ready for approval, use this feature to send your document to a customer for an eSignature. Think of this like DocuSign built directly into Aimsio.
Invoicing
Once you’ve completed a Work Management Ticket (ie. the record of the work you’ve done for your Customer), you can use Aimsio to review and approve them for accuracy.
After that’s completed, batch select the WMTs that you want to be included on an invoice. Automatically create a PDF of the invoice. You can choose to invoice by WMT, billable item, or by category.
You can also filter invoices based on status (ie. Pending, Exported, Billed, Paid, Approved, etc.).
Invoice CSV Export
With Aimsio Revenue, you can send accounting information directly to an ERP or accounting platform. Ask your sales rep for more information on if Aimsio is compatible with your ERP or accounting platform.
Integration with QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct
Choose to include (or not include) back up tickets with your saved invoice and ready them for export to QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct.
Up to 2,500 Timesheets or Tickets per Month
Every month you can generate up to 2,500 timesheets or tickets. If you go above you allotted amount, you will be charged $1 for every additional timesheet or ticket. If you continually go above 2,500, it might be worth moving up to Aimsio Insight
Purchase Orders
Manage and track POs in the office using the PO module.
Purchase Orders can be created either in the field or in the office.
Purchase Orders can be “unapproved” until reviewed and signed off on, at which point they are changed to “approved”.
At any time you can change the status of a PO. For example, you can change the status to “receive partially” to easily keep track of charges.
Estimation
Estimates can start either in the field or in the office.
Estimates can also be sent for eSignature approval, similar to how it can be done with WMTs.
Supervisors can sign off on Estimates using a mobile device. The PDF preview of the Estimate can then be seen, including the signature.
There are multiple ways to get the most out of your Estimates. Re-open them, delete them, Upload PDFs of them, Generate PriceBooks from them, or Create Job Orders from them.
Certificate Tracker
Manage employee certifications by quickly viewing who is certified, and who needs to renew.
If you also have the Dispatch feature (which is included in Aimsio RevOps), you can save time on dispatching by ensuring that only certified employees are dispatched to job sites.
Dispatch
Still using a whiteboard or spreadsheet to dispatch crew and equipment? This feature will be a game changer for you.
Drag and drop resources onto a specific job, view resource availability, and send mass job updates to crew. Choose from a timeline view or a job board view. In this blog we do a deep dive into everything our Dispatch feature is capable of.
Job Performance (WBS)
Define the phases for each project and view them in a Gantt chart. As WMTs get completed, each charge gets associated with a phase code and then tracked in real-time to show the progress of each phase as they get completed.
The big benefit of this feature? The ability to visually track budget vs. actual.
Payroll Export
Create a report of Employee hours from Timesheets or WMTs and export them to your payroll system.
Five Pre-Configured Dashboards
We’ve taken the liberty of creating five dashboards that are included in all Aimsio Insight accounts. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never used Power BI before, these dashboards make it easy to understand what to focus your attention on.
The five dashboards are:
Overview Report: Year to date report on key metrics
Unbilled Report: Tickets registered but not invoiced
Revenue Report: Revenue by project and client
Revenue Report: Revenue by labor
Days To Invoice: Delays between job ticket and invoice
