Keep your projects moving by choosing anywhere from 1 to 5 Approvers. Require all 5 of them to approve the document (in order) or just 1. The choice it yours.

Keep projects moving

Think of the Client Portal as a document approval system, connecting you with your customers. It streamlines all communication and holds each person accountable so projects keep moving and you get paid quicker.

Send forms for approval with a few clicks

Once you select “Send for Approval” you’ll have the option to edit the following fields:

  • Number of days before expiry
  • Number of Approvers (up to 5)
  • Execution order
  • Approver information
  • Notification preferences

Multiple approvers

Whether you want your document approved by 1 person or up to 5, Aimsio has you covered. If you have more than one approver, you can choose for your approvals to work one of two ways:

  • Approved by any of the other Approvers: your document will be delivered to all Approvers, but only one is required to sign it.

Easily add new Approvers as needed

Aimsio will automatically search for a list of all contacts associated with a specific customer. However, if you need to add a new Approver, you can easily do that with a few clicks.

Receive a notification when your document is approved

Register to receive an SMS or Email notification when your documents are approved.
