Your field data. Your client's financials. Protected.
Our customers count on us to keep their data safe. That's why we use the latest technology to host and store information.
How we protect your data
Restricted access, encrypted database connections, and redundant infrastructure.
Restricted Data Access
We restrict and monitor which Aimsio staff can access your data. Access is limited to roles that need it, such as Aimsio Developers and Implementation Team members.
Secured Database Connections
Database access requires an approved IP address, a private key, and two-step verification, over an encrypted connection. Outside direct access to the database is not allowed.
Restricted Server Access
Access to Aimsio's application servers is limited to the Aimsio Development team.
Redundant Server Farms
AWS runs several server farms with several backups, so an incident at one server farm doesn't put your data at risk.
Built for reliability at scale
Aimsio is built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud infrastructure trusted by millions of enterprise customers.
Application Hosting on AWS
Aimsio's application servers are hosted on Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS), using Amazon EC2. Running in the cloud means no hardware to maintain, so we develop and deploy improvements faster and pass the cost savings on to our customers.
- Server uptime of 99.99%, backed by AWS

Document Storage on Amazon S3
Field attachments like form PDFs and images are stored on Amazon S3.
- Reliable storage for large volumes of files
- File history is saved and can be recovered if errors or faulty data occur
- Designed by AWS for 99.999999999% durability
Where your data lives
Your data is where you need it, when you need it.
