About Timesheets
Track your crew’s time more efficiently
Timesheets are created by the crew for every Job they worked that day, and submit it to a supervisor for review. Once approved, the Timesheets can be converted into a billable Ticket.
Choose to set up either Individual Timesheets or Crew Timesheets
- Individual Timesheets: When every individual working on a Job submits their own daily Timesheet.
- Crew Timesheets: When the supervisor records everybody’s hours, what tasks they performed, what materials were consumed, or which services were completed.
Concurrent Timesheet approval
- Digital Timesheets can be reviewed and approved by Project Managers, A/P and A/R simultaneously.
- Easily filter your Timesheets by their review status.
Capture raw hours
This is your place to capture raw hours. Once you have them, you can choose to use them for Timesheet Billing Automation or Timesheet Payroll Automation.
