With the addition of Invoicing, Purchase Orders, and Estimation, FinOps is proven to decrease the amount of time it takes to create and send invoices. What does that mean? You’ll spend less time reconciling tickets and invoices.

Aimsio FinOps is our most popular product because it has a mid-level price tag, but you get everything you need to fully bolster your Financial Operations processes. We like to call this the “Field to Finance” product.
Aimsio FinOps includes all of the features in Aimsio Ops, plus all of the following.
An employee is anyone who works for your company who needs to show up in a form, timesheet, or ticket. All Aimsio products allow up to 200 Employees. Ask your sales rep about adding additional active Employees.
Tracking your third party charges is one of the best ways to protect your profits. It ensures the things you’re billing for actually show up on your WMT for client approval.
Office Employees will use Aimsio Lite on their computers, connected to the internet. With Aimsio Lite, office Employees get access to our web portal.
Field Employees will use Aimsio on their iOS or Android mobile device. The Aimsio mobile apps are easy to use so everyone on your team will feel comfortable. Aimsio Lite even works offline.

It all starts with Jobs. A Job is the highest level of data within Aimsio. Items like Employees, Users, Customers, and Price Books are attached to a Job, and the Job binds everything together. You’ll also be able to see all of your jobs in one place.
With Aimsio Ops, you get two Job Workflows, instead of the single workflow provided with Aimsio Lite. Manage an unlimited number of jobs using the Jobs window and see all the Jobs you have on the go at any given time.
Think of a WMT as a record of the work that you’ve completed for your customer. The WMT is proof that you completed the work, and often includes the time you spent or materials you used, as well as any other charges.
A WMT can be a field ticket, LEM, work order, or daily ticket. With Aimsio Ops you can digitize one of your WMTs.
Your WMTs need to be reviewed and approved before billing the customer. Using Aimsio for your WMTs, instead of using paper or spreadsheets, allows this process to be optimized.
You can also automate your WMTs. This means WMTs can be generated from Timesheets or consolidated into a Master WMT. The purpose of automating this process is to speed up your company’s critical work processes and keep you moving.
As with WMTs, you can also automate your Timesheets with Aimsio Ops.
To do this, you can choose to use Individual Timesheets or Supervisor Timesheets. Either way, the data collected from those Timesheets can be automatically rolled into a WMT.

Create a report of Employee hours from Timesheets or WMTs and export them to your payroll system.
Import all your records in one go. Bring contacts, companies, billables, equipment, employees, and more into Aimsio at once, and associate them together with simple column-mapping. No manual associations necessary.
Unlike with Aimsio Lite, Aimsio Ops allows some level of configuration to your account. The following things can be configured in your Aimsio Ops account:

- Roles and Permissions
- Listing Pages
Once you’ve completed a Work Management Ticket (ie. the record of the work you’ve done for your Customer), you can use Aimsio to review and approve them for accuracy.
After that’s completed, batch select the WMTs that you want to be included on an invoice. Automatically create a PDF of the invoice. You can choose to invoice by line item or by WMT.
You can also filter invoices based on status (ie. Pending, Exported, Billed, Paid, Approved, etc.).
Finally, you can choose to include (or not include) back up tickets with your saved invoice and ready them for export to your financial accounting software.

With Aimsio FinOps, you can send accounting information directly to an ERP or accounting platform. Ask your sales rep for more information on if Aimsio is compatible with your ERP or accounting platform.
Manage and track POs in the office using the PO module.
Purchase Orders can be created either in the field or in the office.
Purchase Orders can be “unapproved” until reviewed and signed off on, at which point they are changed to “approved”.

At any time you can change the status of a PO. For example, you can change the status to “receive partially” to easily keep track of charges.
Estimates can start either in the field or in the office.

Supervisors can sign off on Estimates using a mobile device. The PDF preview of the Estimate can then be seen, including the signature.
There are multiple ways to get the most out of your Estimates. Re-open them, delete them, Upload PDFs of them, Generate PriceBooks from them, or Create Job Orders from them.
