Set Up
Configure your integration
Consultation call with Aimiso and ADP
Before you begin the setup of your Aimsio and ADP integration, we recommend setting up a consultation call with both providers to ensure the project goes smoothly.
Create a user account
If you plan on using ADP to process payroll, you will need to create an Aimsio user account for your ADP representative.
Map your data
ADP will work with you to map your data from Aimsio to ADP.
Export Timecards to ADP
ADP will monitor the status of all closed payroll periods in Aimsio. When you change the status of a payroll period to “Ready to Export”, this signals to ADP to start the Timecard export process.
Status changed to “Exported”
Once the Export is successful, the status of the pay period will be changed to “Exported”.
Status changed to “Processed”
When the Timecards are fully processed in ADP, the status will be set to “Processed” in Aimsio.
