Users are tagged to the division they belong to. Once Division-Based Dispatch Views is configured, a dispatcher opens the board and sees only the jobs, crews, and equipment for their own division. Everything belonging to other divisions is out of view — not filtered out by hand, simply never shown. (In Aimsio, a division maps to the Area field on a user’s profile.)
Shared resources still work the way you would expect. Any employee or piece of equipment left untagged acts as a floater, visible to every division — so people and equipment that move between divisions stay available to everyone who needs them.
